Oregon, Alaska Washington dc legalized
buy cannabis seeds

The people of Oregon, Alaska and Washington D.C. have voted in favor of marijuana legalization following in the footsteps of Colorado and Washington who have already legalized recreational weed.

The laws don’t come into effect immediately, instead the details need to be ironed out but heres a run down of what’s what.

In Alaska people over the age of 21 will be able to have in their possession up to one ounce of weed and a grow op with 6 plants. Tokers there face a wait of 90 days while until the election is certified. Concerning the sale of recreational marijuana, the state of Alaska have a year to get their shit together.

In Oregon people over the age of 21 won’t be able to posses marijuana legally until July 1st 2015 when they will be allowed to have in their possession up to eight ounces of Mary Jane. They’ll also legally be allowed to grow a measly 4 plants, though I have seen what can be grown in Oregon and they’re some fine trees(big, big trees). The state of Oregon has up to 2016 to start selling the wacky baccy.

In Washington D.C. they still have to pass a congressional review which takes 60 days. Then people over the age of 21 can grow 6 plants and possess 2 ounces of ganja. There’s nothing about sales.
